We are retired Builders and noticed roofingwork getting done in our neighbourhood by Sunstate Roofing. We were impressed with the organisation, workmanship and how clean the jobs were left after completion.
As we needed a fairly large storm damaged roof replacement we approached Sunstate Roofing for a quote which was sent within days, - very detailed and very competitive.
The works were carried out on time, to the quoted budget and to our fullest satisfaction.
The different trade teams were polite, any issues along the way were discussed and the job was supervised from start to finish.

Thankyou Sunstate Roofing, our 40 year old corragated iron roof was damaged in a severe hail storm. We received 2 quotes from our insurance company for a house roof, house roof only! not the carport 'wrong angle" and no guttering 'not part of the roof.
I tried to negotiate but was told I would have to do the carport and guttering myself, "not part of their scope of works"
So I took the cash payout from the insurance company and contacted Alan from Sunstate. He said Sunstate could do a new houseroof, carport, guttering allround and new hardwood facias all for a great price, not a problem

The whole job took 3 weeks to complete, the communication with Alan and all staff by phone and email was Fantastic!
The onsite workers were happy and helpful, nothing was a problem, their workmanship was top quality, organised and very professional. They cleaned up the site everyday and at the end of the job all rubbish was removed.
We are extremely pleased with our new roof and gutters
and we highly recommend Sunstate Roofing not just because they are local and give quality workmanship and service,
but because they care!

Cannot recommend Alan and his business enough. After 16 years of putting up with a leaking roof, I can finally relax when it rains and not suffer from PTSD anymore.

We recently had a new roof installed by SunState Roofing Services, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was efficient, timely, and communicated clearly throughout the process.

There was a small issue after the installation, but they were back first thing the next morning to take care of it—no trouble at all. It’s rare to see that level of follow-up and dedication.

Unfortunately we were a victim of the severe hail storm that tracked across the Cudgerie area on October 31 2024.
Following conversations and quotes with a number of roofing companies regarding the replacement of the rooves on our home and shed, we decided to go with Sunstate Roofing, not the dearest, and not the cheapest.
At their Nambour office I was impressed with the professional, friendly welcome from all those I met. On leaving their office I felt confident that this was a company who knew and understood their business. So we agreed to their quote.
What a great idea, prompt, professional, clean, substantial cost saving advice and quality workmanship. Their accounting also afforded us a regular update on costs and job progress.
This proved to be the case right through to the final payment.
We were fortunate enough to select a company that sets 5 star work as their everyday standard.

I contacted Sunstate Roofing Sunshine Coast - They came out promptly. Dave was amazing, I told him all about my issues/concerns - he really listened and gave the roof a thorough inspection. He said my roof needs repairs they only do full new roofs - so nice they even wrote up an extensive report complete with photos to give to my nominated roof repairs. Sunstate were the complete professionals from start to finish. The only thing to impact our roof replacement was the weather. Their communication is outstanding and they turn up when they say they will. The job was completed in a timely manner and rubbish removed as soon as the job was completed. The crews were friendly and respectful, especially as I work from home. The director Alan is a hands on leader and was on site multiple times.
