Replacing a roof involves several steps, but we’re here to simplify it for you. When you choose us, we take care of all the details—just approve the quote and pick your preferred colour scheme.

Site inspection; quote sent via email/post.
Accept quote, finalise colours, specifics and sign contract; pay deposit.
Schedule start date. We organise any building approvals necessary and QBCC home warranty insurance. Materials ordered.
Coordinate removal of solar panels/solar hot water by electrical company (if applicable). Install safety rail if necessary.
Second deposit made. Begin roof replacement, old roof will begin to be removed. Materials are laid and fixed down, roof finishings are complete.
Clean site. Reinstallation of any solar panels/solar hot water (if applicable). Safety rail removed (if applicable).
SRS conduct final inspection, and submit required forms for building approval. Final Invoice paid. Building approval company will inspect the roof and submit a Form 21 to Council.
